To give you perspective, I spend max 90 minutes in the gym each day, typically only 70 minutes (if I do abs). But this style of training has helped me achieve sub 15% body fat with abs. In addition, I am insanely busy, usually working on my few companies for 60-80 hours a week, hanging out with my dog, and trying to be social with friends.
